How long does it take to receive my coffee order?
Orders placed on ChestBrew.com are shipped using Amazon’s shipping service and typically arrive within 4–5 business days.

Why was only part of my order delivered?
Larger orders may be split into multiple shipments by Amazon. The remaining items usually arrive within a couple of days. If they don’t, feel free to contact us.

Do you offer a coffee subscription?
Instead of subscriptions, we offer bulk options in 4- and 8-pack sizes, which are more cost-effective for most customers. However, a subscription option is available on Amazon, often with a small discount for Prime members.

One of my favorites is out of stock. When will it be available again?
We roast and ship in small batches. If your favorite roast is out of stock, it typically returns within 1–2 weeks.

What coffee equipment do you recommend? How can I make the best cup? Which roast should I choose?

Can I send ChestBrew Coffee as a gift?
Yes! Just enter your recipient’s name and address in the shipping section at checkout.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on coffee. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Do you offer wholesale discounts?
Our 4- and 8-pack options are priced with bulk buyers in mind. While we don’t offer packs larger than 8, many of our customers order multiple 8-packs regularly.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at this time. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days via standard shipping.
